While living in northern Alberta, Blair spent 11 years operating
backhoes, dozers and loaders. For 3 years he was a tandem gravel
truck owner and operator. He has also spent about 3 years as
a commercial and industrial painter. All the while, he renovated
modular homes and subsequently rented them.
Upon moving to Ontario, Blair spent about 7 years building new homes,
renovating existing homes and developing land. Jobs from $10,000
to over $650,000. This all led to a natural progression
into real estate sales in 1989.
Bernice had 10 years experience in home and auto insurance sales
before entering the real estate field in 1999. She is extremently
knowledgeable with contracts, including new and resale homes. Together
with Blair she renovated 5 homes before helping him build a 4200 square
foot bungalow from start to finish.
